2018 Battle of the Atlantic Ceremony (Halifax, Nova Scotia ) – May 6, 2018

Commemorative ceremony to remember those brave sailors of the Royal Canadian Navy, Aviators of the Royal Canadian Air Force and Canadian Merchant Navy personnel who served during the Battle of the Atlantic campaign from 3 May 1939 to 8 May 1945.

Participating organizations and military units will march from the roadway behind Black Rock Beach Canteen at Point Pleasant Park to the Halifax Memorial via Sailor’s Memorial Way to where a wreath-laying ceremony will take place.

The public is invited to attend and there is no cost associated with the event.
